Im trying to build a diy pre order. Does this include the steamer pots too? Do you have an option to only order the seafood and mixes (leaving out the potatoes, corn and sausage onions)? We have 10 adults, 9 kids we are trying to do a mix to appease many tastes which is why we want to diy but order the seafood through a local vendor. Lmk if you would be open to a custom catering order. Thanks in advance.
