Hi there, my adult son is very allergic to pork. I imagine the sausage has pork in it? I would love for him to enjoy his own "boil" even if I need to cook it on the stove for him. Could his items be put together with clean gloves, separate from the rest? (He would just want the shrimp.) Perhaps he can help decide how much spice to add?
